All sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may require a new booking.

This is for in-home support in Manhattan. $50 travel fees apply for Brooklyn, The Bronx, & Queens.
